Same-day shipping for EU orders placed Monday–Friday before 22:00 (Amsterdam/Brussels time). Weekend orders are processed on Monday.

Because of customs forms, orders outside the EU take an extra day.

Shipping carriers: We use PostNL, DPD, and DHL to ensure reliable delivery across Europe and beyond.

Delivery times:

• Netherlands: Usually 1 working day after shipment,
• Belgium: 1 to 2 working days,
• Other EU countries: 3 to 6 working days, depending on the destination.

Order tracking: You'll receive three email notifications: order receipt confirmation, order processing confirmation with status tracking, and shipping notification with your Track & Trace code. Monitor your package in real-time with PostNL, DPD, or DHL.

If you're not at home: Check the note left in your letter box or visit your Track & Trace page. Your parcel can usually be picked up at a nearby pick-up point or redelivered the next day at no extra cost.

Flexible delivery: Enter a different delivery address than your invoice address during checkout - perfect for gifts or shipping to an alternative location.
